  We are looking for a Business Operations Student to join us to assist implementing business processes and managing the operation of our Customer Success Managers global team

Define, implement and track managerial and operational reports

  Implementation of cross organizational processes - ability to understand processes and organizational dependencies

  Track projects’ status, progress, risks and more

  Analyze data in order to identify gaps and insights


REQUIREMENTS

3rd or 4th year Industrial Engineer, Information System Engineer or equivalent

Ability to work in fast paced, constantly-evolving, highly entrepreneurial environment

Results oriented

 Great interpersonal skills

Exceptional communication skills

Highly motivated, independent learner and self-directed

Minimum of 20 hours per week

Global Business Financial Analyst Student

JOB DESCRIPTION

    .A focal point in HQ for tracking, monitoring and controlling opportunities, process, progress, and margins

.Release bottleneck of deal analyses at quarter end and on an ongoing basis

. Conduct deal analysis for actual POs and compare to last approved deal analysis at opportunity level

.Improve budget control process in subsidiaries worldwide in cooperation with controllers in regions

 Serves as focal point of control opportunities in the company. Perform in-depth analysis, collection, tracking, and reporting of these opportunities as well as quarterly reports to assess their efficiency and profitability. Provide quarterly profit and loss report for installation service activities and other necessary information for decision making of management

Assists with deal profitability analysis for opportunities as well analysis on actual orders and comparing them.

 Assists with budget annual plan preparation process in emphasize to company subsidiaries. Establish routine monthly process together with local controllers and defining work guidelines and procedures to improve forecast abilities and control on budget

•             Implement improvements for monthly reporting of budget vs. actual in the regions


JOB REQUIREMENTS

 Education in Economics/Business Administration – B.A

  1-2 remaining years to graduation – a must

 Possess a high level of analytical ability; problem-solving, prioritize multiple tasks in an efficient and effective manner

   “Hands on” personality, high attention to details capability

 Complete substantial work volume under pressure

The ability to effectively consolidate, present information and communicate with all levels of personnel

    Familiar with computerized systems mainly Microsoft Excel

  Well-motivated, self-driven, service oriented

 Good interpersonal communication and relationship

    Excellent English skills both written and spoken
